Our company has been operating in the field of industrial noise reduction for nearly 25 years. During this period we have achieved maximum efficiency and flexibility in addressing adverse acoustic phenomena. Our soundproofing enclosures are manufactured according to European standard EN ISO 15660 (CSN 01 1410) and are designed to be efficient and cost-effective solutions for the reduction of excessive noise.
Acoustic covers and enclosures
Indoor and outdoor acoustic enclosures and covers are made of KK Technoing´s sandwich panels (designed and manufactured according to the final desired noise levels specified by the customer in combination with the emitted noise spectrum) that may be attached to a supporting steel structure. All of our products are individually tailored to suit each device, machine and our customer´s needs.
Standard customer requirements for our products include double/sliding/folding doors, safety windows, easily removable panels/walls, crane suspension eyelets, ventilation system to dissipate heat, air filtration units, sand traps, complete electrical installation including emergency lighting, electronic safety locks, electrically operated sliding doors/roofs/entire walls, wet/powder coating for C4-C5 environments, etc.
Soundproofing covers are fixed through anti-vibration materials or freely movable by crane to provide mobility.
Soundproofing covers and enclosures are used for:
Stationary machines and equipment such as compressors, presses, saws, sand blasting machines, fans, cyclones, etc.
Large stationary machines and equipment such as transformers, generators, steam and gas turbines, entire turbine units, turbine mixers or machining centers.
Mobile machines and equipment such as diesel generators (soundproofing covers are mounted on prefabricated frames or directly onto a mobile trailer).
Control chambers, controlling work stations and control rooms
The main objective of this group of products is the protection and comfort of work of employees in noisy environments.
Operator covers or acoustic chambers are also made of specially-designed sandwich panels by KK Technoing and are mostly equipped with doors, windows, wiring, and ventilation or air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort of present workers.
Cover elements, such as floor (single / double), double glazed security windows, acoustic panels or multiple door sealing are structurally adapted to accommodate the guaranteed inserted noise reduction.
Acoustic walls, barriers
Exterior walls are used to protect surrounding buildings from the acoustic pressure emitted by outdoor sources such as cooling equipment.
The main task of interior acoustic walls and acoustic enclosures is separation of the noisier parts of the operation from the remaining ones, so as to maximally reduce the effect of noise pollution on the largest share of the hall / operation.
Mobile screens are most commonly used to separate noisy workplaces in production facilities.
Complete soundproofing of production lines
Complete hooding and soundproofing of semi-automatic production lines is a very effective and elegant solution that achieves significant reduction in noise throughout the entire operation. In the case of production lines, it is also possible soundproof only certain parts of the line (e.g. input – output of material) so as to achieve the highest possible noise reduction.
Inlet & Outlet acoustic silencers
Deflecting or tube/circular silencers are designed by our construction office based on the assigned noise spectrum and other related technical parameters in order to achieve the desired maximum noise reduction, while preserving the required airflow and without the installed silencer restricting the system to which it is attached in any way.
Uses of acoustic silencer:
As part of forced air ventilation of soundproofing covers in the form of inlet and outlet silencers with the possibility of installing additional filtration units or sand traps for dusty/sandy environments.
Noise reduction for production area with exhausts of HVAC systems.
Noise reduction at input and output of radial fans.
Soundproofing of cooling units and towers.

Acoustic doors and gates
Based on the noise insulation required, KK Technoing offers a very broad technical design and manufacture of various types of doors and gates from double, sliding to retractable by folding, including folding frame for maximum sealing and the resulting reduction of noise.
Steel structures
Steel structures are designed for industrial plants, engineering, chemical, mining, textile, glass and other businesses and industries. Furthermore, for the boiler rooms, incinerators and farming operations.
Surface is designed as per customer requirements (galvanizing is provided in cooperation with galvanizing plants in the Czech Republic).

To address the problem of excessive noise KK Technoing also offers its customers the possibility of accredited acoustic and noise measurements in the form of inserted loss measurement of acoustic chambers, sound insulation acoustic walls or conducting of noise studies of manufacturing operations, impact of the emitted noise on surrounding buildings and more.
